Iran truck accident kills Afghan workers

At least 10 Afghan migrant labourers have been killed after a truck overturned in Iran's southern province of Fars.

The accident occurred when the truck was carrying 125 illegal Afghan immigrants.

The injured were taken to hospitals in the provincial capital Shiraz, while the accident is still being investigated.

At least 100,000 people have been killed in traffic accidents over the past five years in Iran.
