Executives desert Cadbury under Kraft regime
Manchester News.Net Wednesday 28th July, 2010
Cadbury has seen the departure of many senior staff from its UK office since it was taken over by Kraft earlier this year.
Kraft has confirmed that 120 out of 165 senior staff from Cadbury have now left the firm.
While Kraft has said the merging of the two companies created duplicate management, causing some positions to become redundant, it has also had to defend itself for not paying enough attention to the brand's heritage.
A spokesman for Kraft told the BBC that the company prided itself "on being as sensitive and respectful as possible" in a time of uncertainty for both Cadbury and Kraft Foods colleagues. Email this story to a friend
